Together, we create a movement for change.
Equity and Justice
Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) have been oppressed for centuries by the leaders of this country. As we work to rebuild our society, we must uplift the wisdom and strategies that BIPOC communities have used to get as far as they have in reaching equity in our society. White people are not asked to create a new movement but to listen to the needs and asks of BIPOC women, stand in solidarity with them in the work, and leverage any connections we have with people in power to advocate for equity.
